Havco Wood Products offers Short Term Disability coverage to full-time hourly employees as we recognize the financial hardship that lost time from work, due to injury or illness, can have on you and your family. In the event that you become disabled from a non-work related injury or illness, disability insurance will provide partial replacement of lost income.
